PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Our vibrating screen is a seat circular vibrating screen, which is widely used in mines, smelting, building materials, highways, railways and large and medium-sized concentrators. Because of the circular vibration track of the screen surface, the materials on the screen surface are constantly flipped and loose.PERFORMANCE FEATURES1. The fine particle size has the opportunity to move to the lower part of the material layer and is discharged through the sieve hole:

4. The inclination angle of the screen surface can be changed, thus the movement speed of the material along the screen surface can be changed, and the handling capacity of the screen can be improved.
5. For difficult screening materials, the spindle can be reversed, so that the direction of vibration is opposite to the direction of material movement.
The movement speed along the screen surface is reduced (when the inclination angle of the screen surface is the same as the speed of the spindle), in order to improve the screening quality (but the output is reduced).
6. The pore size of the screen can be selected according to the user's requirements, and the materials of 5-150mm can be screened and graded. This product is generally used with jaw breaking, cone breaking, counterattack breaking or hammer crusher.
