Product Description

Magnetic system composition: RCYB type permanent magnet manual iron removal machine internal use of high coercive, high barbed magnetic special permanent magnet "NdFeb" and other materials composed of composite magnetic system.
Application scenario: It is suitable for removing iron from non-magnetic materials on belt conveyor, vibration conveyor, electromagnetic vibration feeder and feeding chute.
Iron weight: can remove 0.1-35kg of ferromagnetic material.
Equipment advantages: The technical indicators of the product are in line with JBT8711-2012 standards. It has the advantages of maintenance-free, strong magnetic force, long life, simple installation, convenient use, reliable operation, etc. Internal permanent magnet system service life of more than 10 years.
Note: When the permanent magnet absorbs more ferromagnetic material, manually remove it with a non-magnetic scraper or wear gloves, suitable for non-continuous work and occasions with less iron.
